Build a Clean, Organized Font Library

FontAgent Builds You a Clean, Organized Font Library

How do fonts become disorganized? You buy some of them, download a few more, install applications that add their own fonts, borrow some fonts for a project, then get a few more. And before you know it, fonts are scattered all over your computer — and you have duplicates, multiple formats of the same font and incomplete font families.

When you run FontAgent®, it builds an organized font library from the best font files it can find on your system. It intelligently compares font information to determine exact duplicates and keeps the most complete and newest fonts. And it understands the subtle differences among Type 1, OpenType, TrueType, bitmapped, PostScript and other font formats.

In addition, FontAgent optimizes your new font library by rejoining font families, removing extra point sizes that waste system resources, and removing duplicate fonts.

FontAgent then creates a folder labeled with the new library's name and creates alphabetical subfolders. Then, FontAgent creates a folder for each font family and places all of its fonts in that folder. So you’re left with a font library that makes sense and is ready for your toughest projects.
