Snow Leopard Compatability with Insider Products

Insider Software and selected customers have tested Insider software products running under Mac OS X 10.6, the Snow Leopard operating system release for Macintosh, which became available on 28 August 2009.

FontAgent Pro 4 All Editions

FontAgent Pro 4 functions as expected on Snow Leopard with no known issues reported. Most testers have reported that the application runs faster in the new operating system.

FontAgent Pro 3 All Editions

FontAgent Pro 3.x releases are not supported on Snow Leopard. It is recommended that FAP 3 users upgrade to FontAgent Pro 4 if they plan on running Snow Leopard. (Upgrade Center)

FontAgent Pro Server

The only issue reported with FontAgent Pro Server 3 affects directory services. The fix for the problem has already been implemented and will be released soon in an upcoming version. No Snow Leopard compatibility tests have been performed for earlier versions of FontAgent Pro Server.

Smasher

Smasher 1.8 clears OS and application caches on Snow Leopard as documented.

TypeTrax

There are no reported problems running TypeTrax on Snow Leopard. In all tests, the application performs as expected.

Insider will update this page with additional information about Snow Leopard compatibility as it becomes available. For more product information, see the Insider Knowledge Base.
